Registration Now Available Only On-Site in Dallas
RegistrationPre-meeting Registration deadline is Friday, October 17, 2008. Registrations received on or before October 17, will be eligible for the early, discounted registration fees. The on-line registration port will be closed at midnight on October 17. Faxed or mailed registration forms must be postmarked no later than October 17. Faxed or mailed registrations received with a postmark date after October 17 will not be processed. After October 17, you must register on-site, complete the on-site registration form, and pay the on-site fees. See fees below.

Save Money on Registration Fees by Joining APS
If you are not an APS member, you can join APS when you register and save money on registration fees. Once you are a member, you will also be eligible to receive membership benefits.

You can register for the DPP08 meeting on-site in Dallas beginning Sunday, November 16, at 3:00 p.m. See hours below.
Registration Cancellation
Cancellations must be received at APS in writing by November 14, 2008. All cancellations will be assessed a $40 cancellation fee REGARDLESS OF THE REASON FOR CANCELING. To notify us that you are canceling your registration, email us on or before November 14.

The DPP meeting registration desk will be located in the Marsalis Room foyer, lower level.
